Serving as outside general counsel to many local small to medium sized companies and private individuals, Newport Law Group provides general business-related counseling in corporate and LLC formation and ownership, contract drafting such as manufacturing or supply agreements, development agreements, construction contracts, employment and independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, and most other business-related contracts and contract negotiations.
